Job Responsibilities As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and contributing to the success of our organization. Some of the key responsibilities of this role include: Answering and transferring inbound and outbound calls : Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner. Providing support to other departments and mail services : Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support.
Processing customer service requests, payments, and administrative tasks : Manage customer requests and transactions efficiently and effectively. Insurance tracking and reporting : Monitor and report on insurance-related activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Assisting with early-stage collections duties : Support the collections team in resolving customer accounts and ensuring timely payment. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have: At least 3 years of customer service experience : Proven experience in providing exceptional customer support and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
High school diploma or GED : A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role. Proficient in bolthires Office : Strong skills in bolthires Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent written and verbal communication skills : Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders. Detail-oriented and organized : Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: At least 5 years of customer service experience : Additional experience in customer service can be an asset in this role. Associate or bachelor's degree in business, communications, or social science : A degree in a related field can provide a strong foundation for success in this role. Knowledge of the Equipment Loan/Leasing Finance industry : Familiarity with the industry can be an asset in understanding customer needs and providing effective support.
Knowledge of Salesforce : Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems can be beneficial in managing customer interactions and data. Bilingual Spanish proficiency : Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish can be an asset in supporting our diverse customer base.
