About the Role We are seeking an experienced Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative to in a remote capacity. As a Pre-Licensed Representative, you will be the eyes and ears for our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. You will work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life, and no two days will be the same.

Key Responsibilities As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include: Resolving complex consumer issues and advising first-level representatives on high-level issues Assisting policyholders with billing questions and concerns Providing support to policyholders with any policy changes requested Supporting policyholders' needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary Using excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve issues and respond to consumer concerns while adhering to company and departmental guidelines Qualifications We are looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
To be successful in this role, you will need: At least 6 months of customer service experience To be over 18 years of age
The ability to type 25 wpm A High School Graduate or GED Comfort with desktop computer systems Proven oral and written communication skills Logical problem-solving skills Availability to work various shifts
The ability to use Windows operating systems Organization and work prioritization skills Preferred qualifications include: 6 months of Call Center experience Work from Home Requirements To work from home, you will need: A reliable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps An ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms Proof of internet speed A clean and quiet workspace
