Job Responsibilities As a Customer Call Center Representative III, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and fulfilling requests. Your key responsibilities will include: Answering, processing, and documenting a high volume of inbound calls efficiently Providing world-class customer service, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns Scheduling appointments for examinees, ensuring seamless coordination and communication Researching, locating, and providing information to appropriate entities, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records Maintaining ownership of calls and documenting all information in our case management system, ensuring data integrity and compliance You will be expected to work collaboratively as part of a team, while also demonstrating individual initiative and accountability.

Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent (GED) Minimum of 3 years call center/scheduling experience, preferably in a healthcare setting Ability to work various shifts and cover multiple time zones, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability Ability to work effectively as a team member and individual contributor, with a strong focus on collaboration and mutual support Ability to follow standardized process workflow daily, ensuring consistency and quality in our customer interactions While these qualifications are essential, we also recognize the value of preferred qualifications, including: Previous healthcare call center experience, with a deep understanding of the industry and its unique challenges Ability to interact with all levels of staff, building strong relationships and communicating effectively Proficient in relevant computer applications, with excellent data entry and typing skills If you possess these preferred qualifications, you will be well-positioned to make a significant impact in this role and contribute to the success of our team.
