Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Handling high volumes of incoming calls with precision and competence * Identifying and evaluating customers' needs to deliver satisfaction * Building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive discussions * Providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information using the right methods and tools * Managing complaints, providing proper solutions and options, and following up to secure resolution * Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents * Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies * Going the extra mile to engage customers and exceed their expectations Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Some proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative (preferred) * Strong phone administration skills and active listening capabilities * Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees * Strong attention to detail * Exceptional communication and presentation skills * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectively * Ability to work nights and some weekends (rotating shifts available) Preferred Qualifications * Experience working with bolthires ecosystem software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.) * Familiarity with solar energy industry (not required but a plus) Benefits As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy: * Comprehensive health insurance * Dental insurance * Vision insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off (PTO) * Sick and safe time * Paid holidays * Competitive salary ($30,000-$40,000/year) Work Environment As a remote Customer Service Representative, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
