Remote Outbound Call Center Representative, where you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. Position Overview As an Outbound Call Center Representative, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of outbound calls, averaging 60 to 80 per hour, following a structured script.

You'll also assist inbound inquiries from customers seeking insurance quotes, matching callers with suitable insurance companies. Your strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment will enable you to meet and exceed targets, while providing exceptional customer service. Location
