Key Responsibilities * Provide exceptional customer service through live chat interactions, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. * Enter data accurately and efficiently, utilizing your strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Collaborate with utility teams to outline, body, and capture commercial enterprise needs, ensuring seamless communication and data entry. * Utilize your knowledge of data entry best practices to optimize data processing and ensure data accuracy.
* Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex's products and services to provide informed and effective customer support. * Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive customer experience. * Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products, services, and processes. Essential Qualifications * 3+ years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to accurately and efficiently enter data.
