About the Role We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our Innovation Office as an Innovation Investigator Understudy.
This is an exciting opportunity to work part-time and be part of a dynamic team that's responsible for ensuring the quality of our applications and driving business growth. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll have the chance to work with various Groups, including Air Tasks, Client and Business, Framework and Administrations, Individuals and Money. Key Responsibilities Work with business clients to conduct requirements analysis related to systems and business processes to create quality technical solutions Ensure solutions are aligned with internal tooling, business processes, and conform to departmental standards Manage timelines for planning, coding, testing, and implementing to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget Act as a resource to ensure effective communications among business and Innovation Teams Participate in systems and acceptance testing Scope of work varies depending on the Group assignment Essential Qualifications Experience with bolthires Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required Basic knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement is preferred Basic knowledge of technical environment required Openness to Agile methodologies preferred Basic understanding of project management processes Strong analytical and verbal communications skills required Ability to remain organized and manage multiple and simultaneous tasks under tight deadlines Preferred Qualifications Past investigator internship experience within the past year preferred Experience solving business problems in a capstone or case competition preferred

The Client and Business team is focused on creating new, revenue-generating products for arenaflex beyond its core air product.
