About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and pioneering individual to as a Content and Customer Experience Specialist. This role is part of our Intelligent Tech Special Projects group, which is responsible for transforming the way we create new sales enablement experiences for staff at arenaflex affiliates worldwide across numerous retail locations. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team that focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences through innovative content and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities Collaborate with content improvement teams and local partners to develop and deliver pivotal new tools for both customers and sales staff, enhancing the sales journey. Utilize expertise in content optimization through UI/UX and digital marketing to drive sales and improve customer experience. Demonstrate a deep understanding of arenaflex products, their features, benefits, and applications, and leverage this knowledge to inform content strategies. Analyze client experience data to develop effective content procedures, showcasing strong analytical capabilities.
Work with content management tools to influence front-and back-end solutions, with experience in Adobe Experience Manager being a plus. Exhibit flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a highly matrixed environment where teamwork is essential. Develop and maintain exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. Additional Responsibilities In this role, you will act as the Content and Customer Experience expert for our most critical new sales enablement program.
Your focus will be on challenging traditional approaches to ensure the team can deliver the best product at scale and on time. You will work closely with regional and global teams, including Channel Projects Development and Customer Sales Enablement, to map out the customer journey, orchestrate content from various sources, and foster a style guide that ensures consistency and excellence in all content. Qualifications and Experience We are looking for individuals with a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in a field related to content creation, customer experience, or a similar discipline.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience working with content improvement teams and local partners, with a proven track record of success in driving sales through content optimization and customer experience enhancement. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective content strategies.
