Remote Email Chat Representative and Call Centre Support to.
As a key member of our customer service team, you will act as a liaison, providing services information, answering questions, and resolving any emerging problems that our clients' accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. Your primary goal will be to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to clients' inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: * Identify and assess clients' needs to achieve satisfaction, providing personalized solutions to meet their unique requirements * Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication, fostering a sense of community and connection * Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools, ensuring that clients have the knowledge they need to make informed decisions * Meet personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas, consistently exceeding expectations and driving business growth * Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction * Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records * Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, ensuring that all interactions are professional and respectful * Take the extra mile to engage clients, going above and beyond to provide exceptional service and build long-term relationships
Qualifications: * Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative, with a track record of delivering exceptional results * A strong track record of over-achieving quota, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets and call handling quotas * Excellent phone contact handling skills and active listening, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and resolve issues * Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with the ability to navigate and utilize these tools to provide exceptional service * Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters, with a focus on building relationships and providing personalized solutions * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results * High school diploma, with a strong emphasis on customer service and communication skills Essential Skills and Competencies: * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on building relationships and providing personalized solutions * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results * Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with the ability to navigate and utilize these tools to provide exceptional service * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively resolve issues and provide solutions * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
