The Client Finance Analyst will support the fiscal management of a division, assisting in revenue reporting, forecasting, and managing client project financials. Responsibilities Maintain client project financials, including budget management, rate card maintenance, billing rule set up and maintenance Help manage and prepare revenue reporting – Weekly, Monthly, YTD, FY Revenue analysis and variance analysis Assist preparing budget and forecasts Analyze staffing, utilization and billability Collaborate with Client Accounting to ensure clients are billed in a timely fashion and that billing complies with client contractual agreement Help manage SOW review and processing Assist with AR, WIP, Accrued and Deferred analysis Collaborate with rest of Finance team Skills Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration is required Intermediate to advanced knowledge of bolthires Office products, Word, and Outlook
Advanced knowledge of bolthires Excel Must possess sound judgment skills & be self-motivated with the ability to work independently Deliver quality work Adjust priorities to respond to pressing and changing demands; meet deadlines by managing time & priorities Maintain working knowledge of functional area policies and procedures and general knowledge of company policy and procedures
