In this role, you will guide clients through the home loan process using warm leads, helping them achieve homeownership while earning uncapped commissions. Responsibilities Educate borrowers on the loan process and identify financing options Analyze credit, income, and assets to prequalify or deny applications Structure loans, issue pre-approvals, and manage the process through closing Provide clear, ongoing communication with borrowers and their real estate agent Secure documentation and ensure all stages of the loan process are completed efficiently Perform other duties as assigned Skills No mortgage experience required, but grit and talent are essential Recent (within the last 5 years) meaningful sales experience required Experience in a role where you were responsible for building trust, tailoring a solution, and closing the deal Experience influencing buying decisions from start to finish Ownership of outcomes tied to goals, metrics, or earnings/commissions Experience handling objections, following up with leads, and earning the sale Ability to thrive working remotely and staying self-motivated Success in fast-paced or performance-based roles Strong competitive drive and hunger to earn Clear and professional communication with customers Ability to stay focused under pressure and in high-volume settings Ability to learn quickly Must register with the NMLS after onboarding Benefits Health and dental coverage Wellness program 401(k) matching PTO Paid holidays Company Overview Neighbors Bank is a banking & financial services firm that offers financial services.
