DOWC is seeking an Automotive Warranty Claims Analyst to join their fast-paced, customer-focused team. In this role, you will assist customers with warranty claims, collaborate with repair facilities, and ensure compliance with company policies. Responsibilities Handle inbound calls and assist customers with warranty service claims Review, process, and analyze automotive repair claims with accuracy and efficiency pertaining to our contract guidelines Collaborate with repair facilities to gather details, resolve discrepancies, and authorize repairs Provide knowledgeable, professional, and friendly support to customers throughout the claims process Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies Skills Must have automotive service, repair, and mechanical diagnostic knowledge Previous experience in automotive service or warranty claims Strong customer service and communication skillsβboth on the phone and in writing Ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment Detail-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills A team player who thrives in a collaborative setting Eager to learn and grow within a dynamic company Experience as an automotive service advisor Bilingual (Spanish & English) is a plus Benefits Aggressive PTO Medical Dental Vision 401k matching Company Overview DOWC is an industrial company that offers customizable F&I products.
