Joy Network is hiring a Japanese Language Expert with strong Japanese–English bilingual proficiency to support a large-scale AI research project. This remote contract role focuses on evaluating and improving Japanese-language AI outputs for accuracy, clarity, and cultural correctness. Responsibilities Review and evaluate Japanese-language AI content (text & audio) Audit translations Japanese ↔ English for semantic accuracy and natural phrasing Assess summaries, Q&A responses, and reasoning outputs Score content using structured quality rubrics (8–10 criteria) Identify errors in grammar, spelling, style, register, and cultural nuance Evaluate logical consistency in Japanese-language explanations Provide clear written feedback to support evaluation decisions Follow detailed guidelines and workflows independently Skills Native or near-native proficiency in Japanese Strong reading and writing skills in English Japanese ↔ English translation experience Proofreading, linguistic QA, or content review Text evaluation, annotation, or AI data labeling Experience with summarization, classification, or Q&A tasks High attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions Benefits Flexible schedule, asynchronous work Weekly payments via Stripe or Wise Company Overview GOOD THINGS ARE WORTH THE WAIT At Joy Network, we believe meaningful connections build lasting success.
