Amperos Health is the leading provider of multi-modal RCM agents, empowering healthcare clinics to collect more revenue, faster. The Operations candidate will manage key data and revenue operations, ensuring data accuracy, quality, and consistency, while also overseeing revenue tracking and reporting processes. Responsibilities Manage customer healthcare claims data operations, including validation, ingestion, and quality checks Work with CSM and GTM teams to diagnose and resolve data issues during onboarding and pilots Collaborate with engineering and CSM to identify opportunities to automate and streamline data ingestion and reliability Build bespoke templates, schemas, and automations to provide solutions to meet customer-specific needs Support reporting and analytics for leadership and customers to identify and provide insights to resolve issues Support Revenue Operations processes, including ARR tracking, invoicing and payments, sales taxes, and other ad hoc projects Work with executive leadership to develop operational analyses as needed Skills 1-3 years of experience in data-heavy environments, including investment banking, advisory, or other data-oriented operations roles Strong analytical skills and ability to structure messy datasets Highly organized with strong attention to detail Strong proficiency in Excel.
