In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, focusing on sales and enrollments without cold-calling. You will educate customers on our products and services in a professional manner, identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase product sales and customer satisfaction, and provide exceptional customer service that meets or exceeds our high standards. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls, focusing on sales and enrollments without cold-calling, and provide exceptional customer service that meets or exceeds our high standards. Educate customers on our products and services in a professional manner, and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our products and services. Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase product sales and customer satisfaction, and provide feedback and recommendations to our sales and marketing teams.
Work collaboratively with our sales and marketing teams to achieve our business objectives, and participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge. Meet or exceed our sales and customer satisfaction targets, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or GED equivalent, and at least 1+ years of experience in call center operations and sales. You will also need to reside in Florida to qualify for this position, and be able to work in a fully remote environment with minimal supervision.
In addition to these requirements, we're looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service, sales, and enrollments, and who have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities, and maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency.
