We're looking for a talented and ambitious individual to as a Payments Leader, responsible for driving growth through charge innovation and strategic fee partnerships in North LATAM (Mexico, Colombia, and Peru).

The Role As a Payments Leader, you'll be responsible for building on the success of our existing payment infrastructure, improving commercial performance, and evolving to a broader set of charge competencies.
You'll engage with a vast cross-functional team, including commercial improvement, product, prison, analysts, and statistics scientists, to drive innovation and strategic partnerships. You'll also collaborate with global and local commercial leaders across various domains and handle external relationships with key partners from financial institutions, card schemes, and fintechs. Key Responsibilities * Employ our payment infrastructure to improve the performance of existing payment methods, while comparing new payment methods that prove to have incremental bolthires * Seek out innovation within the payment domain by considering customer wishes, applicable regulatory and technological developments that would impact bolthires's approach to payments in the short-term vs.
the long-term * Work alongside the partnerships team on handling relationships with economic establishments, card schemes, and fintechs to drive high-quality-in-elegance payment performance and innovation * Personal key payment metrics on your markets and derive actionable insights into improving the experience for our clients, enhancing performance, and ensuring green payment systems partner pass-functionally within the organization (product, engineering, customer support, prison, advertising and marketing, finance, etc.) to get matters achieved * Whether that be optimization or market expansion and launching capabilities and merchandise with the intention to power increase in our business Qualifications * 3+ years of experience dealing with very huge CNP/recurring payments, either from a service provider, company, or acquirer attitude * Deep understanding of payment technology relevant to Mexico, Colombia, and Peru * Rather analytical with the potential to use data to make decisions * Deep experience partnering and negotiating with payment partners * Robust verbal and written communication abilities * Impeccable judgment and integrity; potential to make key decisions quickly and autonomously * Current network of relationships throughout the LATAM payment environment * Ability to juggle a couple of critical tasks concurrently * Bachelor's degree, MBA a plus * Extra languages a plus * Willingness to travel as needed throughout LATAM and the U.S What We Offer * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a global leader in the entertainment industry * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Opportunities to work on high-impact projects and initiatives * Collaborative and supportive team environment
