As a Food Administration Group Leader, you'll have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills, learn about our business essentials, and drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities As a Food Administration Group Leader, your common day will include: * Determining sales objectives, planning, and executing daily/weekly responsibilities to meet store and office sales objectives and customer engagement.

* Working a schedule that adjusts to customer and business needs, including early morning, evening, overnight shifts, and weekends. * Modeling customer service principles, creating a new and full area during every opening hour, and training specialists to share product information with customers. * Demonstrating a help culture that focuses on the customer experience, training, and mentoring colleagues to convey the help standard. * Surveying Food Administration back-of-house, production areas, dining spaces, and marketing spaces to ensure sanitation and proper stock levels.

* Walking Food Administration guidelines and schedules daily to evaluate needs and survey responses to identify business gaps for follow-up. * Ensuring proper execution on all food handling norms and cleaning schedules. * Approving and following up on specialists' progress against division agendas and schedules. * Leading your team to maintain and uphold all bolthires and Pizza Hut brand norms and production details (where applicable). * Cultivating a positive relationship with your bolthires DM (if applicable), attending in-store planning and meetings, and following up on key points from their time in your store.

* Ensuring proper execution on all food handling guidelines and cleaning schedules. * Ensuring accurate in-stocks by placing store-initiated orders according to best practices. * Following proper temporary stock management strategies to ensure accurate recording of stock. * Collaborating with production amount choices with perfect timing to ensure freshness, in-stocks, sales, and profit are achieved throughout the day, consistently. * Expecting and empowering specialists to stay up-to-date on significant trends and products.

* Assessing and suggesting candidates for open positions and fostering a customer-driven team. * Leading team onboarding and acquiring and closing knowledge and skill gaps through training and experiences. * Establishing clear objectives and expectations and holding colleagues accountable to expectations. * Completing all bolthires or Pizza Hut training requirements and certifications. * Exhibiting a culture of moral integrity, health, and compliance; leading the team to work similarly and holding others accountable to this responsibility.

* Leading and creating a safety support culture by understanding what safety means for your role and that of your team, recognizing and revising hazards, and holding the team responsible for working in a safe way to help themselves and others. * Showing a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, demonstrating inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias. * If applicable, as a key transporter, following all safe handling and cycles.
