The Role As a Full Stack Social Media Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across our social media channels. Your primary focus will be on providing timely and effective support to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring that our social media presence remains engaging and relevant. Key Responsibilities * Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner * Develop and implement effective social media support strategies to ensure seamless customer experiences * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and consistency * Analyze customer feedback and sentiment to identify trends and areas for improvement * Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices * Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of arenaflex's products, services, and brand voice * Work closely with the social media team to develop and implement social media content calendars and campaigns * Participate in social media monitoring and analytics to track performance and identify areas for improvement
