Sweep360 is on a mission to design a defense layer against increasingly intelligent machines. As a UI/UX Designer (New Grad), you will create mission-critical interfaces for mobile and web systems, collaborating closely with engineers and leadership to define the company's design ethos. Responsibilities Design mission-critical UI/UX for mobile and web systems used in real-world environments Build and maintain design systems in Figma (components, auto-layout, interaction patterns) Prototype flows and interactions using Framer and, where useful, SwiftUI Design spatial and map-based interfaces using Mapbox or similar tooling Work directly with iOS and full-stack engineers to translate designs into production Iterate rapidly based on field feedback—see what works, fix what doesn't, ship again Directly engage elite users—expect about 20% global travel Skills Strong obsession with Figma, including proof of systems and interactive prototypes Ability to reason about clarity, hierarchy, and error states under pressure Comfort designing complex, information-dense interfaces Willingness to learn SwiftUI and prototype in code when needed Startup urgency: independent, accountable, relentless execution U.S.
