The Digital Transformation Process Design Specialist will support the Marketing and Sales teams by leading the design and delivery of a unified digital experience that enhances sales efficiency through AI-driven insights and data analytics. Responsibilities Identify strategic opportunities leveraging data analytics and AI to design and deliver leading edge digital transformative technology solutions to the Global Marketing and Sales community Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, business users, project managers, IT professionals and digital transformation teams to develop and deliver impactful leading-edge business technology solutions Own, drive and participate in various aspects of project management to ensure successful project execution and delivery in order to derive identified business value returns Make decisions for product iteration and improvement based on data analysis Manage project portfolio management activities, assisting to form, manage, track and report on digital roadmap plans and achievements Skills Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Business Analytics or related fields 1+ years of work experience in AI product management or delivery of an AI-powered IT application Demonstrated product development leadership experience capacity for AI products In-depth knowledge of machine learning, natural language processing, and other AI technologies Experience managing reporting, project cadence, and handling project deliverables Experience presenting to executives and business stakeholders Proficiency with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies Proficiency with Product Management and Collaboration tools: Figma, Jira, Confluence, Notion, SharePoint, Excel Ability to translate technical complexity into business value Ability to communicate across different organizational levels Cultural Competency working across Chinese, American, Desi, European, and South American cultural contexts, ensuring messages are communicated with clarity and tact PMP Certification a plus Bilingual skillset in Mandarin and English a plus Company Overview Lenovo Group is a computer technology company that manufactures personal computers, smartphones, televisions, and wearable devices.
