The Talent Coordinator role is essential for tracking, organizing, and executing brand partnerships for influencers, collaborating with Talent Managers and brand partners to ensure smooth campaign operations. Responsibilities Support the Sales//Talent Management teams in executing brand campaigns for our roster Collaborate directly with creators on concepts, timelines, and deliverables Work closely with brand partners to ensure deadlines, guidelines, and expectations are met Maintain clear organization of all campaign materials within internal systems and follow established processes for efficient execution Ensure all deliverables move through the pipeline on time (content reviews, approvals, scheduling, etc.) Provide general administrative and operational support across the team as needed Skills Passionate about the influencer and creator economy Exceptionally organized with strong time-management skills A proactive problem-solver who enjoys checking tasks off your to-do list Resourceful, dependable, and detail-oriented Deeply engaged in social media, creator trends, and digital storytelling Benefits Health Dental Vision Unlimited PTO Flex Fridays Company Overview FamFluence Talent Management is a premier creator management agency, exclusively representing top-performing influencers who celebrate moms and family life.
