The role involves designing and deploying AI-driven applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate these solutions into Oracle’s products and services at scale. Responsibilities β€’ Develop STOA LLM, RAG and agent evaluation solutions and integrate with Oracle GenAI products β€’ Develop algorithms and solutions using Reinforcement learning, Adversarial Generation and other data augment techniques for auto-evaluation β€’ Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven applications using advanced Machine Learning and Agentic Workflows β€’ Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and AI Agents for intelligent automation and decision-making β€’ Work with Oracle Vector Database and other cutting-edge retrieval systems to optimize AI performance β€’ Optimize ML models and AI workflows for real-world applications, ensuring efficiency and reliability in production environments β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products and services at scale β€’ Communicate and share work at both internal and external technical communities Skills β€’ Minimum of 12 years in a related position β€’ Master's degree in computer science, statistics, or machine learning.

Ph.D. degree in AI/ML or statistics preferred β€’ Real-world experiences in productionizing AI/ML systems and AI/ML model development life cycles β€’ Strong expertise in Machine Learning/AI, Statistics, and Algorithms β€’ Strong expertise in large scale distributed or high-performance systems β€’ Deep understanding of Agentic Workflows, AI Agents, or RAG architectures β€’ Hands-on experience with Crew.ai, Langchain, and similar AI development frameworks is a plus β€’ Knowledge of vector databases, particularly Oracle Vector Database (a plus) β€’ Experience deploying AI applications/services in hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI) is highly preferred β€’ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to build AI-powered solutions from concept to deployment β€’ Strong communication skills and being comfortable of working with fuzziness β€’ Experiences with building 0-1 products are highly preferred β€’ Proficiency in Python and familiarity with relevant ML/AI libraries β€’ Ph.D.
