Knock is redefining the home buying and selling experience, and they are seeking a Business Analyst to support business reporting and process automation initiatives. The role focuses on ensuring data accuracy and driving automation across teams to improve decision-making and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain dashboards within Knock’s reporting platforms (e.g., Tableau) used for management and executive reporting Establish repeatable, standardized reporting processes that ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability across the organization Apply independent judgment to determine appropriate metrics, data sources, and presentation methods to support informed decision-making Partner with business leaders to translate complex data into actionable insights Own data quality standards across systems to ensure reporting accuracy and trust Normalize, clean, and structure data tables to support long-term scalability and maintainability Define, document, and enforce data definitions, naming conventions, and field mappings across multiple platforms Handle sensitive and confidential information, including PII, in compliance with internal security standards and data privacy best practices Design and document processes and procedures for data workflows, reporting, and automation Make thoughtful changes to existing business-critical processes with minimal disruption to operations Maintain and optimize data pipelines to ensure speed, reliability, and accuracy without causing business interruptions Independently identify gaps, risks, and inefficiencies in current systems and recommend solutions Learn and understand existing workflows and automations across teams Evaluate and improve existing automations across sales, marketing, and operations Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand workflows and design scalable, data-driven solutions Take ownership of ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and improvement of automation logic and outputs Identify and drive opportunities to improve and simplify current automations Skills Strong analytical mindset with the ability to exercise independent judgment and solve complex business problems Proficiency in Excel or bolthires Sheets, including formulas, lookups, and pivot tables Working knowledge of SQL (joins, conditional logic) Experience developing, maintaining, and validating data used for management reporting and operational decision-making Experience cleaning, organizing, and maintaining data from CRMs or spreadsheets Experience collaborating with marketing, sales, or operations teams on reporting or process improvement initiatives Strong attention to detail, particularly when cleaning, mapping, and labeling data, and the ability to identify data inconsistencies or errors Clear and effective communicator with the ability to simplify complex concepts Ability to work independently, prioritize work, and adapt to changing business needs without close supervision Agility in adapting to changing processes, new situations, and thinking on one's feet Resourcefulness, decisiveness and accountability for the customer and agent experience Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously Outstanding work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results Passion for Knock's POPSICLE values and a consistent commitment to doing the right thing

Education: Bachelor's degree
