The Client Services Analyst will manage client accounts, ensuring compliance with service level agreements while building and maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities Managing the client specific drop box and answering protocol queries from case workers Compiling monthly SLA reports and weekly expiration reports Work directly with the client on obtaining authorisation for renewal applications and other process related matters Preparing quarterly business review decks Analysing initiation data and identifying trends Assist with developing/maintaining protocols Updating/distributing fee schedules Ad hoc reporting as required Skills Ability to work flexibly and accurately in a fast-paced environment Demonstrate exceptional planning and time management skills with an ability to multi-task Good PowerPoint and Excel skills including: graphs, pivot tables, vlookup Self-starter/ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines Be able to act under instruction with limited supervision Be able to plan workload, meet deadlines and priorities Ensures work completed is accurate, to a high quality and follows standard layouts Completes tasks within agreed time-frames and in line with expectations Implement effective processes to manage workflow and meet deadlines Demonstrates proficiency in word processing, internet and email systems Excellent communication skills Benefits 401K Paid time off plans Company Overview Fragomen is a legal firm that provides crisis management, employment verification, compliance, document, and immigration services.
