Responsibilities: * Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across bolthires, including Pharmacy, Retail, FOS, to enhance current Data monetization Products, and growth, desires, strategies, and guide numerous branch initiatives. * Establish continuous development of information governance and control strategies throughout the organisation, working with various line of businesses to bolster Data Monetization merchandise. * Provides Retail Strategy crew settlement management strategies and analytics to ensure implementation and control of the enterprise terms, including core analytics associated with pharmaceutical producer's service agreements.
* Support business dating with present and new Data product/offering customers by performing as a Data SME and participating with diverse internal groups, including IT. * Participate in and/or contribute to regulatory or contractual audits with information evaluation as a SME. * Participate in RFP responses and Statements of Work (SOW) for new contracts as a SME. * Works in a matrix environment to provide shared responsibility for pharmaceutical producer relationships with Purchasing, National Account Management, and Specialty PharmacyPharma, Payer, and Health systems.
* Manages channel section business and profitability effectively. * Develops and continues strong business relationships while communicating bolthires' needs concerning pharmaceuticals, trade, specialty, application/product development, account management, and clinical services. * Accountable for a cross-functional management function throughout bolthires to create line of sight and synergies, including but not limited to Pharmacy Services, Store Operations, and Specialty. * Supports new business development by providing application design and method information to create proposals for new services, as well as reporting/analytical capabilities.
* Coordinates and controls activities, plans, and programs in place of responsibility. * Advises on various Data Monetization projects and initiatives (current or future) to ensure that any information-related changes and dependencies are identified, communicated, documented, and controlled to ensure adherence with the contractual requirements and Enterprise Data Governance setup standards. * Coaches, mentors, and develops personnel through orientation, training, and performance management programs to build employee morale, motivation, and loyalty.
* Lead delivery and guidance of the existing and new Analytics products, including but not limited to Inroads in collaboration with outside vendors to provide information and insights to Pharma, Payer, Health System partners. * Define and partner closely with the IT team to develop and monitor metrics that affect current contractual Data delivery services and analytics products. * Operates within organisational guidelines with respect to policies, procedures, budgets, and relevant laws. Ensures the development and implementation of approved producer partner services are consistent with standard strategy.

Basic
Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years' experience in the implementation of programs of financial or operational importance in a producer or healthcare services environment. * At least 4 years of experience with the design, documentation, and implementation of service programs of financial or operational importance. * At least 3 years of experience working with multiple disciplines, defining, and gaining concurrence/accountabilities of project activities. * Experience participating with both internal and external sources to develop strategies that meet business and organisational needs within budget and setup timelines.
* Experience in identifying service/operational problems and recommending and implementing solutions. * Experience with project management (e.g., planning, organizing, and managing resources to result in the successful completion of specific project objectives and goals). * Experience in application management and analytics of producer programs for Specialty Pharmacy services. * At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace. * At least 3 years of direct management, indirect management, and/or cross-functional team management.
* Willing to travel up to/at least 20% of the time for business purposes (within country and out of country).
