Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative - Seasonal (Bilingual: Spanish / English) working from home, you will: Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language Help customers resolve technical issues Track, document, and retrieve information in databases Offer additional products and/or services Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile Essential Qualifications
