Remote Customer Service Representative to.
As a remote customer service representative, you will work from the comfort of your own home, interacting with clients via incoming and outgoing calls and/or the internet. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch customer support and resolve common issues and queries related to our clients' products and services. Key Responsibilities Provide incoming customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues Track, document, and retrieve information from databases Maintain in-depth knowledge of clients' products and services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices Offer additional products and services to customers Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile
