Job Overview We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated Customer Care and Sales Representatives to. As a Customer Care and Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while providing remote support for customer inquiries about lost or damaged devices and resolving customer issues. You will also be tasked with selling our Connected Home product and other offerings to customers on every call, engaging with them to understand their technology needs and selling protection and tech support solutions.

Key Responsibilities Maintain exceptional customer service standards while providing remote support for customer inquiries Resolve customer issues related to lost or damaged devices in a timely and professional manner Sell Connected Home products and other offerings to customers on every call, identifying and understanding their technology needs Engage with customers to sell protection and tech support solutions, upselling new products and services based on customer requirements Troubleshoot problems and find resolutions, demonstrating a dedication to customer satisfaction Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking with confidence and a "challenge accepted" attitude Essential Qualifications High school diploma or GED Flexibility to work all shifts as required, including evenings, weekends, or holidays 6 months of previous customer service experience (call center experience preferred) 6 months to 1 year of sales experience Technical aptitude to pass our readiness assessment Willingness to submit and pass a pre-employment background investigation and drug screen Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a remote work environment Technical knowledge of devices and technology solutions Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Skills and Competencies Patience and exceptional listening skills Ability to identify, understand, and upsell new products and solutions based on customer needs Dedication to troubleshooting problems and finding a resolution Confidence in multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment A "challenge accepted" attitude and a passion for selling services and solving problems
