About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Engineer to, focusing on machine learning and healthcare solutions. As a Customer Engineer at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the benefits of arenaflex Cloud to our clients, utilizing your expertise in data, AI, and machine learning to educate and support clients in designing solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product marketing, and engineering, to stay abreast of industry trends and devise improvements to our Cloud products.

Key Responsibilities Work closely with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities, grasp key client technical complaints, and develop strategies to resolve technical blockers. Provide AI expertise to support the technical relationship with arenaflex's clients, including product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and collaboration with product management to prioritize solutions impacting client adoption of arenaflex Cloud. Collaborate with clients to demonstrate and model arenaflex Cloud product integrations in client/partner environments.

Suggest integration strategies, enterprise models, platforms, and application infrastructure to implement a comprehensive solution using best practices on arenaflex Cloud. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you should possess: Essential Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Designing, or equivalent practical experience. At least 7 years of experience working in the healthcare industry in a data engineering role. Experience with Big Data (e.g., Hadoop/Spark), AI (e.g., TensorFlow), and programming languages (e.g., Python, Java).

Experience with HIPAA, GDPR, and other legal regulations surrounding healthcare data. Preferred Qualifications A graduate degree in Software Engineering or another technical field. 7 years of experience working in the healthcare industry in a client-facing cloud computing role. Experience in data and information management as it relates to big data trends and issues within organizations. Experience building AI solutions and using specific AI architectures (e.g., deep learning, LSTM, convolutional networks, etc.).

Experience architecting and developing software or infrastructure for scalable, distributed systems.
