Job Overview We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our evening shift team. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of customer inquiries, issues, and concerns via phone, email, or other communication channels. Your primary objective will be to deliver first-call resolution, ensuring that our Athletes receive the support they need to make informed purchasing decisions or resolve any post-purchase issues.

This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with various shifts available to accommodate your schedule. Key Responsibilities Assist Athletes with product inquiries, gift card and loyalty program issues, placing orders, tracking existing orders, and processing returns or replacements. Demonstrate empathy and understanding in every interaction, keeping Athletes informed throughout the resolution process and ensuring their ultimate satisfaction. Handle escalated call transfers at a Tier II level of support, requiring advanced problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Collaborate with internal business partners and individual stores to resolve Athlete issues efficiently and effectively. Execute back-office functions, including accurate logging and tracking of incident information, to ensure seamless issue resolution and knowledge management. Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics, such as first-call resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and quality standards. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should possess: A High School Diploma or equivalent.

1-3 years of experience in customer service, help desk, or related fields, preferably in a retail-oriented environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Strong interpersonal and client consultation skills, with a customer-service-oriented approach. Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and knowledge sharing.
