Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary inside contact for our customers, responsible for taking ownership of fulfillment activities, standard product recommendations, pricing, and information-related complaints. Your key responsibilities will include: Responding to customer inquiries received by phone, email, and fax, and documenting interactions in Salesforce Recommending, quoting, sampling, and selling VBS products to customers Documenting opportunities where VBS products do not meet customer requirements and transferring customers to the technical community for further discussion Responsible for all aspects of order fulfillment, from receipt of order to delivery and invoicing Entering new orders, verifying accuracy, and processing order changes and cancellations Monitoring open work orders and expediting as needed Proactively notifying customers of late or problem orders and recommending alternative products Resolving customer-specific freight and logistics issues through consultation with the Shipping Department Using the E-price tool to support customer inquiries, including product recommendations, price quotes, and price discounting Resolving information-related customer complaints and implementing corrective action Proactively engaging with assigned accounts to better understand business applications and uncover missed opportunities Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience 1-3 years of previous customer service experience, with experience in a manufacturing environment and using an ERP system highly preferred Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to learn quickly and work under pressure Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve A collaborative team spirit, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities Proficiency in bolthires Office Suite, including Excel, and experience using Salesforce.com is a plus Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience working in a remote or home office environment Knowledge of the manufacturing industry and experience working with VBS products Experience with order fulfillment and logistics Ability to speak multiple languages Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to deliver exceptional service and resolve customer complaints Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively Collaborative team spirit, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales, supply chain, manufacturing, and finance Adaptability, with the ability to adjust to changing situations and priorities Proficiency in bolthires Office Suite, including Excel, and experience using Salesforce.com
