Key Responsibilities * Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner * Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services * Demonstrate product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers * Assist in product selection, suggesting alternatives and options where applicable * Make business transactions, manage money, and process payments with precision * Keep the sales area clean and organized, ensuring that merchandise is displayed correctly * Monitor product status and assist with returns and exchanges * Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team marketing goals * Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service * Stay connected with product knowledge, promotions, and company policy * Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner * Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and procedures Essential Qualifications * At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) environment * Experience in Digital Threat Knowledge (CTI) systems and applications, particularly in the areas of Detect, Secure, Answer, and Recover * US Government Top Secret/Touchy Compartmented Data with polygraph clearance * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Excellent customer service skills and friendly approachable behavior * Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment * Basic math skills and the ability to manage financial transactions * Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace * Flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Preferred Qualifications * Experience in the utilization, handling, and analysis of strategic (specialized) CTI in a functional environment, supporting detection, recognition, and response abilities * Understanding of CTI techniques and application ideas, with the ability to train and guide new CTI colleagues * Ability to convert raw data from sensors, incident response commitment, and other sources into reports and briefings * Ability to present written or verbal data to technical and non-technical audiences * Ability to take complex, uncertain points, build procedures, and influence partners * Fantastic team player with the ability to work in fast-paced and constantly evolving conditions
