Role: As a Customer Service Representative, you'll engage directly with pharmacy customers who contact arenaflex for a variety of topics, primarily via inbound calls and other communication platforms. You'll research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and follow up as needed to resolve issues. We're not looking for order-takers or script-readers – we're searching for those who can engage with our customers, think critically, and provide solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities: * Engage directly with pharmacy customers via inbound calls and other communication platforms * Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for the customer * Follow up as needed to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction * Go above and beyond to "wow" our customers and provide exceptional support * Adhere to high safety and regulatory standards in all interactions with customers What You'll Need: * 1-2 years working in a customer-focused environment * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Ability to multi-task and think critically in a fast-paced environment * Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed * Must be able to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a remote environment and maintain a high level of productivity Preferred
Qualifications: * Experience working in a pet-related industry or with pet owners * Knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulations * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Bilingual or multilingual skills Skills and Competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to think critically and make sound decisions * Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong organizational and time management skills
