This Role * Contribute to the growth and success of your team and colleagues by driving progress and excellence * Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, organized environment, embodying our Client First philosophy * Engage with card members to understand their needs and design personalized solutions, promoting the benefits of card enrollment and offering relevant product offers that drive customer loyalty and tangible value * Continuously enhance your key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding customer needs, resolving issues, and closing deals * Address general and specific customer requests, providing clear and concise information and updating customer account data as needed * Utilize tools and resources to identify custom solutions and anticipate customer needs, aligning with our commitment to a seamless customer experience * Meet and exceed performance objectives, including but not limited to, customer satisfaction results, sales rates, quality targets, compliance guidelines, and efficiency targets Favored Capabilities * A career path shaped by your skills and interests * Proven success in a customer service and consultative sales environment (two years+), with a focus on building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication * Integrity in handling sensitive card member data and compliance with all relevant administrative and regulatory rules related to sales and service practices * Enthusiasm for consultative sales, recommending products or services tailored to each customer's needs * Strength to efficiently manage a high volume of customer calls, adapting to various metrics and staying positive in challenging situations * Ability to adjust communication style to suit a wide range of characters and circumstances * Commitment to implementing feedback as a means to achieving individual and team performance objectives * Technical aptitude to perform multiple tasks and navigate PC systems and applications with speed and accuracy * Punctuality and reliability, with a strong commitment to working on schedule and adhering to your daily routine Essential Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred * Adaptability to work in a 24/7 environment, with flexibility to work varying shifts
