The Role of a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a pivotal role as the primary point of contact for our valued customers.

Working under the guidance of our dedicated customer service supervisor, you'll handle telephone inquiries, manage customer accounts, process payments, and initiate cases for further investigation with utmost diligence and care. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will make you an invaluable asset to our team. Key Responsibilities * Assist customers in seamlessly navigating the account opening process, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. * Clearly communicate account terms, conditions, and policies to customers, providing transparent and accurate information.

* Process account payments and perform end-of-shift cash-out procedures accurately, maintaining high-performance standards. * Conduct account maintenance tasks such as changes, adjustments, and statement requests, ensuring that customer information is up-to-date and accurate. * Reach out to customers for additional account information as needed, demonstrating a proactive approach to customer satisfaction. * Provide support in resolving customer concerns and correspondence, escalating issues to supervisors as necessary.

* Prepare insightful reports, including the CSR Daily Activity report and cash-out report, to inform business decisions and drive growth. Requirements * High School Diploma (some college preferred) and a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service. * Proficiency in typing (30 words per minute), with the ability to maintain high productivity levels. * Strong computer skills, with the ability to multitask across various programs, including our proprietary software.

* Willingness to commute to our Union, NJ location for initial 5-week training, followed by fully remote work from home. * Successful completion of a background check and drug test, ensuring a safe and secure work environment. Job Details * Initial 5-week training on-site in Union, NJ, followed by fully remote work from home. * Competitive compensation: $17.00/hour; $18.50/hour for bilingual candidates fluent in Spanish. * Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, with flexibility to accommodate varying customer needs.
