Responsibilities: As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Responding to incoming calls and emails from Medicaid members and healthcare providers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* Providing accurate and up-to-date information on benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, additional benefits, and programs. * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless customer experiences. * Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills. * Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including call quality, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores. * Staying up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
Required Capabilities: * High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse customer groups. * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines. * Proficiency in using computer systems, including CRM software and bolthires Office applications.
* Reliable internet connection with a secure Ethernet connection; Wi-Fi is not allowed. * Ability to drive to the office in Richmond, VA, when unable to telecommute due to prolonged technical issues. Preferred Capabilities: * Experience working in a call center or customer service environment. * Knowledge of Medicaid and federal health insurance programs. * Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools. * Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with diverse customer groups.
