Job Summary As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling a wide range of inquiries, issues, and requests. Key Responsibilities * Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience * Work collaboratively with the team to achieve our organization's goals and objectives * Handle customer inquiries, issues, and requests related to travel, baggage, and other services * Utilize our modernized retail location framework to manage tagging and registration, boarding, baggage handling, and other tasks * Process payments, handle cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons, and balance daily transactions * Investigate and resolve customer complaints, ensuring timely and efficient resolution * Provide accurate and up-to-date information on flight schedules, fares, and other travel-related topics * Complete forms and reports as required by the organization * Write anomaly and complaint reports as needed * Perform other work-related tasks as assigned by supervisors Essential Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., customer service, hospitality, communications) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customers and colleagues * Ability to type and use a computer keyboard with sufficient speed to meet job requirements * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve customer issues efficiently * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service * Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately process transactions and manage customer information * Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely Preferred Qualifications * Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field * Knowledge of airline operations, policies, and procedures * Ability to work under pressure, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering exceptional customer service * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex customer issues * Ability to work in a multicultural environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to diverse customers * Strong knowledge of computer software, including bolthires Office and other relevant applications Skills and Competencies * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to convey information clearly and concisely * Strong knowledge of computer software, including bolthires Office and other relevant applications
