This Job Opportunity at arenaflex? * Competitive starting pay at $15/hour with the potential to earn up to $16/hour within the first year, plus merit * Additional bonus opportunities based on meeting Key Job Accountabilities (KJA) after 6, 12, and 24 months * Remote work opportunity with comprehensive training provided * Stable connection to the internet required, minimum download speed of 50 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps * Opportunity to support arenaflex's mission of empowering individuals to live healthier and longer * Full-time and part-time positions available What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) As a Clinical Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Answering incoming calls in a professional, accurate, timely, and courteous manner * Recording information in the Communication Log and looking up member information using proprietary ASH systems * Forwarding logs requiring further research to the appropriate department * Transferring callers to the appropriate queue for more complex issues * Utilizing appropriate resources to provide timely responses What is Required (Qualifications) To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * A minimum of one-year experience in customer service, with inbound call center experience preferred * Basic computer skills * Strong verbal communication skills * Demonstrated ability to interact in a positive, respectful manner * Excellent customer service skills * Ability to organize, prioritize, multi-task, and manage time effectively * Demonstrated accuracy and productivity in a changing environment * Ability to analyze information and develop effective solutions * Ability to exercise strict confidentiality How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) While not required, having the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate: * 0-2 years of experience in a healthcare-related service Skills and Competencies Required for Success To excel in this role, you'll need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Proficiency in using proprietary ASH systems and other software applications * Strong organizational and time management skills
