Job Summary We are looking for a seasoned Customer Service Team Lead to drive customer satisfaction on our seasonal family digital platform. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-5 years of experience in leading a customer service team and be fluent in English. Proficiency in French, Spanish, and Italian is a plus, and experience with Zendesk and digital family apps is highly desirable. As a Customer Service Team Lead at arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing a remote team of customer service representatives, developing and implementing customer service policies, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Manage a remote team of customer service representatives and ensure that they provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure high customer satisfaction, aligning with arenaflex's mission and values. Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement, providing data-driven insights to inform decision-making. Train and coach the customer service team to improve their skills and performance, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to excel in their roles.
Handle escalated customer service issues and ensure that they are resolved in a timely and effective manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with other departments to improve the customer experience, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, staying informed about new features, updates, and industry trends. Essential Qualifications College degree in a relevant field, such as customer service, business administration, or communications.
2 to 5 years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of leadership and team management. Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in French, Spanish, or Italian is a plus, with bonus languages including Dutch, German, Polish, Czech, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Danish, Portuguese, Romanian, Greek, Hungarian, Slovak, and Bulgarian. Experience with Zendesk and digital family apps is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of customer service software and technology.

Conditions of Employment Start date: as soon as possible End date: January 31st, 2025, with the possibility of renewal Hours per week: From February 1 - June 30: up to 20 hours per week (based on ticket volume) From July 1 to August 31: up to 30 hours per week From September 1 to January 30: up to 40 hours per week, with the chance for overtime hours and in some cases nights and weekends (based on ticket volumes and team needs) Must be available from December 21st to December 25th (no holidays planned) Location:
