About the Role As a Customer Support Response Specialist, you will be responsible for listening carefully to each caller's situation and providing appropriate solutions to resolve their issues.
This may involve addressing simple queries related to mapping and navigation or handling emergency situations that require a high degree of caring and empathy. You will be expected to exhibit a calm and composed demeanor, even in stressful situations, and provide reassurance and support to our customers. Schedule and
Compensation We offer a flexible schedule with opportunities to work a variety of hours, including day, night, and weekend shifts. Our client hours of operation are 24x7, and you will have the freedom to choose the hours that suit you best.
In terms of compensation, you can expect to earn: $0.28 per customer interaction minute for handling customer interactions, with a guaranteed minimum of 45 minutes per available hour. $12.60 - $16.80 per hour equivalent earnings. Bilingual contractors: $0.31 per customer interaction minute, with a 48-minute minimum guarantee, and equivalent earnings of $14.88 - $18.60 per hour. Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Caring, sympathetic, and helpful demeanor Strong customer service skills, including active listening and multi-tasking abilities.
Prior experience with driver assistance programs is a bonus, but not required. Fluency in English and Spanish or French for bilingual contractors. Ability to react and respond decisively in emergency situations Ability to reassure, control, and diffuse emotional and/or difficult calls Tech Requirements To work with arenaflex, you will need: Quiet, uninterrupted environment during all working hours. Broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 MBPS. Wired internet connection for tech setups, education classes, and work hours.
Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system Valid antivirus software installed, running, and up to date. Wired USB headset with microphone (gaming headsets not accepted). Smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad with the ability to install an authentication app related to program work. Important Information At arenaflex, we work with brands in various industries to humanize their customer experience. As an independent contractor, you will have access to apply to several contracts exclusive to arenaflex. Our contract hours range from 15 to 40 hours per week, and you can select the hours that are convenient for you.
Contract pay rates vary depending on the client, but we ensure that we offer the best rate possible to our contractors. Contractual Relationship
The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with us. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
