Key Responsibilities As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, via phone, email, and chat * Setting appointments with our prospects and existing clients * Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits * Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies * Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions * Providing accurate and complete information to customers about our products and services * Working with the sales team to convert inquiries into sales opportunities * Continuously improving customer service skills and knowledge of company products and services * Collecting customer feedback to improve the sales and SOPs Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Proven 2+ years of customer support experience * Minimum 2 years of experience in sales * Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively * Familiarity with CRM systems and practices * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a remote environment * Proficient (or near native) English skills Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset: * Experience working in the real estate industry * Knowledge of industry-specific software and tools * Certification in customer service or a related field * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong organizational and time management skills * Proficiency in CRM systems and practices * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a remote environment
