Key Responsibilities As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their journey with us. Your key responsibilities will include: * Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels * Assisting customers with booking reservations, managing existing bookings, and providing flight information * Addressing customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism, striving to exceed expectations * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate as necessary * Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex policies, procedures, and services
Required Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications: * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail * Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications * Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays * Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred Experience While prior experience in a customer service role is advantageous, it's not required.
