Key Responsibilities: As an Experienced Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for: * Performing mechanical services and light repairs on soft drink fountain machines according to arenaflex's standards * Investigating and troubleshooting issues with pop fountain equipment * Maintaining all refrigeration equipment in good working condition * Moving equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs * Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients * Working collaboratively with the team to resolve issues and meet customer needs * Staying positive, flexible, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Essential
Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate * Valid driver's license * Technical aptitude and ability to fix machines * Ability to lift 50 pounds * Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed Preferred
