Job Description: As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support in a retail setting. Your primary duties will include: * Providing separated client assistance by anticipating client needs, showing empathy and care in all interactions, and effectively recognizing and resolving potential service issues * Focusing on the client by providing a warm and cordial greeting, engaging with customers, and offering assistance finding additional products when required * Precisely performing clerk duties, including handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions with accuracy while following organization policies and procedures * Maintaining the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in merchandise, updating pricing data, and completing stock management tasks as coordinated by senior management * Supporting opening and closing store activities, as required * Providing client care to all departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring divisions are fully stocked and functional while staying current with all updated services and tools * Assisting pharmacy staff when required, including working routine movements in the pharmacy as part of opportunities for growth and career advancement * Embracing and upholding new bolthires services and loyalty programs that support our mission of helping people on their path to better health Essential
Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required * Ability to stay on feet for extended periods * Lifting and applying up to 35 pounds of force occasionally, up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and an insignificant amount of force regularly to move objects to and from, including above lifting * Visual acuity – having close visual acuity to perform tasks, such as seeing a workstation, reading, visual examination including small parts/details Preferred
Qualifications: * Past experience in a retail or customer service setting * Bachelor's degree in a related field (not required but preferred) Skills and Competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to lift and move objects up to 35 pounds occasionally * Visual acuity to perform tasks, such as seeing a workstation, reading, and visual examination * Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
