Job Summary: As a Social Media Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex online, engaging with customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive and memorable experience for our fans. You'll be working closely with our internal teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to the improvement of our products and services. Key Responsibilities: * Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments on arenaflex social media channels promptly and professionally.

Essential
Qualifications: * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok. * Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others. * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. * Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules. * Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
