Your Responsibilities As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include: Resolving complex customer issues and advising first-level representatives on high-level issues Assisting policyholders with billing questions and concerns Providing support to policyholders with policy changes and requests Offering recommendations and adjusting policies as necessary to meet customer needs Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: At least 6 months of customer service experience To be over 18 years of age A typing speed of 25 wpm A high school diploma or GED Comfort with desktop computer systems Proven oral and written communication skills Logical problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends Ability to use Windows operating systems and prioritize tasks effectively Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: 6 months of call center experience Previous experience working in a customer-facing role Familiarity with insurance products and services Work from Home Requirements To work from home as a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll need: A reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 12.0 Mbps and upload speed of 3.0 Mbps An ISP with no packet loss and a ping under 50ms Proof of internet speed A clean and quiet workspace that is free from distractions
