Qualifications: Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Technical Requirements To perform the duties of this role, you will need to have the following technical equipment and internet connectivity: Computer running an authentic/validated/native copy of Windows 10, 11, or the most current macOS (Macs cannot be more than 5 years old) USB headset and webcam At least one 15" or larger monitor Internet speed of at least 2 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload Direct Ethernet connection preferred Benefits and
