This role involves using communication and problem-solving skills to help patients achieve their dreams of having a family. As a Pharmacy Technician Representative β Customer Response Team at Freedom Fertility, you will: β’ Ensure process efficiency β Work with both patients and physicians to coordinate fertility plans and medications. Own the patient experience through resolving customer issues and ensuring 100% follow-up to customers.
β’ Pay attention to detail β Accurately obtain and enter patient information, including shipping, insurance, and payment information. β’ Be a team player β Escalate complex claims to the Sr. Billing & Reimbursement Specialists for appropriate action. What youβll do: β’ Outreach to patients when payment declines or differences in costs β’ Set up medication reshipments β’ Research issues and problem solve Qualifications β’ An empathetic and fun-loving personality with a few good jokes on the ready β’ High School Diploma or GED required β’ Excellent customer service, organization, and time management skills β’ Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality β’ Excellent communication skills; written and verbal β’ PC skills including knowledge of bolthires Office Suite and Internet β’ Willingness to work a flexible schedule β’ Must reside within the state of Arizona or within driving distance of Newburyport, Massachusetts β’ If residing in AZ β a valid CPhT license β’ If residing in MA β a valid MA Tech license β’ Preferred CPhT Requirements β’ Saturday rotation β’ Mix of mornings, mids, and closings Benefits β’ Health coverage effective day 1 (including medical, dental, vision) β’ Holiday, PTO, and OT pay β’ 401K with company match β’ Tuition Assistance β’ Fun, friendly, and unique culture β bring your whole self to work every day!
