About the position Chicago Investment Banking Operation opportunity for Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. The Chicago Operations Client Services Team is responsible for liaising with our top-tier US Clients. You will manage all communications directly with the client on all trade related queries in both verbal & written form, while onboarding US Clients. Key tasks you will be managing but not limited to statement generation & access, daily trade volumes, open position reporting issues, and delivery confirmations/notifications.
Responsibilities β’ Manage all communications direct with the Client on all Trade related queries in both verbal & written form. β’ Provide due diligence on all downstream systems for US supported exchanges to ensure proper trade capture. β’ Work directly with LD FO staff on a global level and the Global Head of Client Services. β’ Monitor incoming Foreign Market trades for US domiciled clients to guarantee correct setups. β’ Research and resolve issues and inquiries regarding exchange or bank regulatory rules.
β’ Liaise with clients, client service, trade support, trading desks, balancers, and outside firms. β’ Work with Compliance on internal department audits and provide documentation for Client inquiries. Requirements β’ Knowledge of Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) Group, CFE, ICE-US & Intercontinental Exchange Inc (ICE) Euro products. β’ Familiarity with MGE, BM&F, EUREX, ME, & other foreign markets. β’ Knowledge and experience with GMI / FIS applications. β’ Ability to investigate process automation & improvements.
β’ Excellent verbal & written communication & management skills. β’ Expert MS Office Suite knowledge (Word, Excel, Power Point). β’ Strong technological abilities and the capacity to quickly learn proprietary software. Nice-to-haves β’ Experience in conducting root cause analysis. β’ Proactive in solving problems. β’ Detail-oriented and able to work under strict deadlines.
