As a Satisfaction Research Associate, you will conduct phone surveys to gather feedback from home care recipients and their families, ensuring that the information is accurately documented to help improve the quality of care. Responsibilities Conduct phone surveys with home care recipients, family members, and caregivers across the country Accurately document responses while actively listening and engaging in conversation Maintain a professional, friendly, and empathetic tone on every call Follow survey scripts, quality standards, and data accuracy guidelines Ensure feedback is properly captured and delivered to home care providers Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities Skills Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED Ability to type 40 words per minute Strong communication and active listening skills Comfortable having conversations over the phone for extended periods Reliable attendance and time management skills Ability to complete and pass required training Prior customer service or call center experience Benefits Flexible scheduling you control — build a schedule that works for your life, with no late nights or weekends
